Discrimination Disability

Can a person file a wrut petition if he has been discriminated on the basis of his physical disability by a private company

It depnds dear if the candidate was qaualifying for the job and cappable of doing that job but was deprived on the basis of just disability may be can get some rrelief from the court;but will be difficult to draw the line..
