The Govt of J&K has banned distance degrees from outside state universities vide their SRO No 252 dated 30-05-2012. But the same has implemented on those students also who have completed their degrees before coming into force this SRO 252. And degrees obtained by the students prior to this SRO 252 are declared as invalid which are valid through INDIA. CAn some one help us in this matter please.
