Distress recovery warant for section 23 of dv act orders

One magistrate issued recovery warant to recover the amount ordered in section 23 of DV act 2005. The magistrate do not made any other effort to recover the amount and issued distress warant. Please tell me how I may save from this?

If you want to save from this, deposit the sum mentioned in the distress warrant into the court and convince the court by giving an affidavit/undertaking before the court that you will pay the remaining amounts awarded under DV Act without fail.  As soon as the amount is deposited in the account of court, the distress warrant will be withdrawn.

It is due to default in paying the award amount, hence you may fulfill the court order and conditions imposed accordingly.
