Sir,
My father expired long back leaving my mother, we three males (sons) and one female (daughter) And most importantly my father got married (first marriage) and she died with one female (daughter).
My father's first wife (Died)-----------one daughter
My father's second wife (Alive)------3 sons and 1 daughter.
Could you please suggest me how to distribute the propertty?

1/8th of the property will go to your mother....
Remaining 7/8th will be divided in 5 parts
The sons will take double the daughter's share....suppose the property is 1lac, 1/8th goes to your mother....Remaining 87500 will be divided in 5 parts i.e 17500 each...Now the daughters will get half of the sons i.e 8750 each. and remainig will be divided amongst sons equally i.e 70000/3....
