If wishes werre horses that pigs would fly am i right 
. why stay with a person who does not love you and does not want to stay with you . if she is more qualified than you and she is working than you dont have to pay her maintanence . You can file RCR . S. 9 of Hindu Marriage Act deals with Restitution of Conjugal Rights.
Restitution means Restoring to the original position.
Conjugal rights is the right of the couple which they are entitled to enjoy post marriage.
