I got mutual divorce in 2016 from thane family court. But didn't know about certified divorce decree. Few days back I hv downloaded judgment from court website and contacted lawyer in Feb 2023 for certified copy of decree. He gave me some stamped paper but I doubt if it's a certified decree. It has same lines as mentioned in petition(exact word to word) and first and last page is taken from judgement. Some pages look like xerox copy where stamp of 2022 is clearly visible. How to verify if it's a genuine? And what are the contents of decree? How many pages?
