Divorece condition

 Hi,

A Hindu woman married to a hindu guy since 15 years. She is being harrased by her husband and hence wants divorce from him. She plans to walk out and send him a notice within 15 days, as she is searching for a new accomodation. But in the notice she does not want to mention her new address as she fears that he would come there also and harras her. In such circumstances can she mention her existing address (her husband's address) in the notice.

Regards

Flie a case with a local police station for restrain.

Let her file a judicial separation case under address that she is preesently residing (with husband). Let the lawyer include his address as communication address. Alos include maintainance for a odd measure.

Then let her shift to new residence.

Dear Shweta,

Petitoner have to declare her present address, she can write the address of her relative or she may take a room in PG she will be safe there and it is also economical.
