Does dual employment become legal issue?

Dear All,

One of my friend working full time for recruitment agency, and taken up a part time opportunity with other recruitment agency. The first company caught him and send him out from the company. But still they sent a legal notice saying "you done some company damage and trust the worth of 10 lacs and you need to pay the same amount".

How can we sort out this?

Regards,
Ravi

Mr.Ravi Kishor,

All is dependent upon the terms of employment (may be written or implied).  You give befitting reply to the legal notice by enumerating various facts and circumstances in your defence citing the terms of employment and countering their allegation threadbare.  May I suggest you to look into the model standing orders of the organization and take the part time employer in the confidence so as to prove no conflict of interest in both organization.

Best Regards

Daksh
