Anand Yendapally (Clerk)     27 July 2014

Doest it possible to file a writ directly at supreme court

Or it should be through proper channel from High Court or any other Tribunal to get a Certificate

My designation is Mazdoor in coalmines and I was completely utilized at clerical works for 15 years and suddenly my employer reverting me back for unskilled works as per my original designation.  I don’t want to carryout unskilled works, as I am fully qualified.  Does I can file writ directly at Supreme Court or I need to approach high court and tribunal before approaching Supreme Court.  What is my position at Supreme Court level.  How much fee it would be to engage an advocate at Supreme Court, How many days it will take to get an interim direction from SC and in which list my case will be listed as there are many categories available presently in SC cause list
