Domestic violence act

How many reliefs can be claimed by the wife against her husband who was subjected to harassment for additional dowry, for not maintaining her and her children, physical troture, and to have shelter for her and her children under Domestic Violence act ? can all the afore said relifs can be claimed in DV act, if yes Under what provision of law, and where to lodge complaint in Hyderabad?
