Domestic Violence modification in petition ?

One of my friend filed Domestic Violence for protection, residence, interim maintenance. After that the husband has decided to sell his property but wife has equal right to this property. So my friend has to file any application seeking modification or addition for injunction not to sell that property. If so under what provision ?one of the same problem that has been discussed  from this linkhttps://www.lawyersclubindia.com/forum/details.asp?quote=106888&mod_id=22562 saying that the Act itself at Section 28 (2) gives power to the presiding officer to allow modification in the petition.but there is no provision in the Cr.P.C. to amend the petition

If there is a citation from any court, please mention in this forum so that it will be helpful to the lawyers, students, etc.

"After that the husband has decided to sell his property but wife has equal right to this property"

MR KUSHAN, YOU ARE A LAWYER, WHERE YOU GOT THIS INFORMATION, THAT - wife has equal right to this property ? PLEASE PUT SEC AND NAME OF THE ACT.

UNTILL IT IS A JOINT PROPERTY OF HUSBAND WITH WIFE, WIFE DO NOT HAVE ANY SUCH RIGHT.
