I want to file a DP 3 case on my wife's family as they themself have admitted giving us dowry in their false cases of 498a, DP act 3 4 6, 420, 354 & 354a cases. I would like to know if there are any pitfalls in doing that and how to avoid it, when to do it and what kind of results can be expected from this.
