Drt

i have filed a S.A. against 17(4)in DRT-2 CHANDIGARH against bank for interm relief from drt against bank in first week of december 2012 drt fix first hearing date of january last week again on first hearing bank has not filed any reply & bank"s lawyer just apear in drt as we have delivered summons by to bank"s a.o. on 24/12 more than 36days in advance from the date of hearing 7 take the time of 65 days for filling reply.

is it normal practice in drt to take so long time when we need immadately relief from drt for which we have paid fees to drt & filed S.A.?

is there no time limit or merit to hear S.A. in drt?

can we appoarch any higher athurity for gettinf early relief from drt?
