I had a recent dual employment history due to which a big mnc terminated my services. I immediately left the other small consultancy as well then and there. My concern is will I be able to join a new company showing 1 year gap unemployed. How can I ensure job security in new company and not get fired for hiding this 1 year gap out of which 4 months were dual employment?
