Can anybody please share with me any Due diligence checklist for buying a land or property in Mumbai for commercial purpose.

This is little bit urgent

1 check the complete chain of the documents

2. revenue record of the property

3. user of the property/ land

4. identity of the seller

5.whether he is GPA holder or actual owner of the property

6.all original documents etc
