Dvc process and how to obtain articles

Dear Experts, In DVC husband's cross is over, the next process would be final argument ? (by his adv n then by my adv). I had submitted my items and gold bills original and Xerox copies in Oct 2012 but were not marked, can it be done anytime now. I got to know about 92, 93 filing Pvt complaint to DGP for seize and search of articles, kindly let know the procedure. (I filed 406 in 498a) Thank you.

Dear Saba

in your Dv case there is no procedure to get your article from your husband, you have to approach in 498A, 406 ipc cases for your articles.

@nadeem sir....with reference to your reply to Saba, wanted to know, in my DV case too, the wife is asking to return the articles of stridhan, which are not with me, as per your reply where you have said your Dv case there is no procedure to get your article from your husband,

do you mean, even though she is asking for the streedhan articles, she cannot ask for them in a DV case, and she has to file 498a and 406 for the same??

request you to kindly elaborate as your answer seems to be contradicting...

is there any mention of the articles in the complaint or is there any list attached ?

I have mentioned the articles, apparel,cash and gold given in the complaint and also filed affidavit (sec 311 ??? am nt sure). I was told that pvt complaint to DGP can be given, plz advice on this. If not here, we can get it only in 498a for 406. Already its 3 years , am sure my things have been damaged and misused, will it be refunded. Thank you.
