In a family partition among legal heirs, due to ill feeling, one of the legal heirs was disadvantaged without proper approach road to reach his potion. This dispute could not be soved because of unanimity among the legal heirs.What is the way out to solve this?.wWhich revenue authority to be approached., or anyother possible amicable settlent through.revenue authorities?.

The Executive Magistrate could be approached, failing which a civil action is the proper option.
