hi,
how this works in ecourt case status- i tried to search few case staus for a partition suit that were already disposed. even in cases,when there is prelimiary decree--advocata commission appointment --final decree involved,the online status shows only upto preliminary decree and then says case disposed with orders and judgement attached.
why is it , it does not show the appointment of advocate commissioner process and final decree because i presume there can still be a appeal filed on prelimiary decree process. so how do we know whether if a case had made it finality thrugh a final decree?
