i need a small help for that i will always be grateful to you all
i am a central govt employee. i joined in 2016 april, after
completing 1 year of service i went on prior approved EOL on medical
grounds with medical certificate from CGHS as per rule mentioned in

after completing 6 months EOL i joined back and work for 2 months and
again i went back on EOL on same medical grounds with prior approval
from department and now i have joined and working
today i have completed 2 years and 2 months of service including these
2 times 6 months of EOL
my queries are:-
1.)whether my EOL's based on medical ground will be count in regular service?
2.)will my probation will get extented? i am attaching a link of new

3.) i am applying for Loan basis transfer to some other place will there be any problem just because of my service/probation/EOL?
i have gone through FRSR but did not find any info nor my department
is willing to help me in this clarification
being a new comer i am not able to interpret these rules and all
while clarifying my queries if u would refer rules it will be
beneficial for me in learning.
