Dear Members,
I would like to discuss with you a very strange problem in state of UP on Electricity connections.
My problem is that the precedor from whom I purchased a flat has electricity connection with 3 phase & 5 KW. Now, I want it to change to 1 Phase and reduce cpapcity to 3 KW- when I approcahed the local office under Purvanchal Vidyut Vitaran Nigam Limited - Ghaziabad, in Vaishali sector-4 , they say that you can upgrade but once upgraded it cannot be reduced. Which is rediculus!!
May I request any members having similar problem to intimate & advise what is the solution.
