Subject: My Previous Employer has not released my salary after resigned,
Post: Dear All, Looking for your valuable favour please suggest. I joined a company 3 months back in Jan-2014.it is a private industry in Panchkula. when they joined they did not issued me any offer letter. after joining i asked them many time for the offer letter but they keep linger on this matter. when i discussed the same from the other staff members they also didn't get the joining letter. right after i planned to switch from that company and at the end of the march month(26-march) i sent my resignation to My Manager,HR,Personal and the Director of the company serving 5 days notice period. but no body revert. I left the company on 31 march. Now they have hold my salary for march month. since that time i have visited many times to their office for salary but they do not answer my query and do not give any reply. Kindly suggest what should i need to do now.
