Employment bond

I am a software developer and i joined a firm recently.I have a 1 year experience in software development. The company has told me to sign a bond of 1 and half year which states that they will train me and i cannot leave the company before 1 year 6 months beacause of extensive training. But there is no training provided to me and when i asked that is there any fine  if i leave before 1 year 6 months they say in any circumstances i cannot quit before 1 year 6 months and after 1 year 6 months  i have to give 2 months notice else i will have to pay fine of 60000 again. But is it possible for 1 year and 4 months + 2 months notice which makes 1 year 6 months? When i asked them this they say its 1 year 6 months + 2 months notice. Is is legal to take such a contract when no training is provided? Does the employment bond include the notice period?

I have attached a copy of the bond paper but

SEE THE WORDS QUOTED "for a minimum period of 18 months ,&

2 month notice period to the Company in case he/she wants to leave

the company, in consideration of which, the Company is not charging "

THERE IS A "&", THUS IT IS 18 MONTHS + 2 MONTH NOTICE PERIOD.

THE AGREEMENT STATES THAT A TRAINING WILL BE IMPARTED BUT IT IS VERY VAUGE AS IT SAYS THAT TRAINING IS TO BE IMPARTED ONLY UPTO THE TIME ONE IS EFFECTIVE.

SEE THIS LINE TOO "

the Employee, as part of the consideration for the training efforts and

costs involved, agreed to sign a bond for not leaving the services of

the Company for a minimum period of 18 months from the date of

his/her joining the services of the Company."
