Enforcement of court order on child custodian after divorce

Hello Friends

If One of the Terms & Conditions of mutual divorce is granting custody of my son for 2 days in a month,5 days during Term vacations and 1 month during summer vacation. My question is how is the court going to enforce this?

My wife can always come up with cock and bull stories like 'My son is unwell' etc for not not granting custody to me?

To avoid this can I Put a clause stating if I don't get custody of my son for a given month I would be given additional 2 days in the following month and this keeping adding according to the no of times she defaults. Is this a correct approach to tackle wife's'Lies/ Games' .If not can you please suggest an work around for this?

Also My father in law is a  chronic alcoholic and a chain smoker. How far this can help in getting the full custoday of my son keeping in my mind the welfare of my 5 year old son.I am   a teetotaler and doesn't have any bad habits. My wife is planning  to divorce to get their father's wealth as he doesn't like me.

Thanks & Regards

Prasad
