evidences copy required

1. Ask your lawyer for CA no.
2. GO yourself to C Agency and ask for its status. You will come to know if ready or not.
3. If ready put an Application to Head CA to deliver you the copy as party in person show copy of ID proof.
4. If not ready then go to Court Ahlmed and ask when he sending your asked papers (docs) to CA Agnecy ?


BTW did you submit in DV Case all Originals kya ? I suppose you still must be having xerox true copy of those evidences n you can submit that too.

- go to the section directly, and ask for the same.

if clerk harased, go to higher authority.

it may also happen that, your respodent, keying the whole matter, by bribe the concerned clerk.
