Our company is fighting case in Hon'ble supreme court of India, since its related to big number of people, so in wake of public interest and also in wake of its being concerned to fundamental right of people, we are fighting at fast speed and in the final stage of case judgement.
The case being a dispute, Hon'ble mediation was appointed who sat with parties and reached a conclusion. but a party Union of India through Ministry of Finance, didnt showed up in Mediation and also neither in court hearings, but now it has come up and asked for mediation report and again when court gave it time to come after reading and giving its opinion on this, they didnt showed up. again next hearing is given. sir can u please guide how much hearings can be given to them for appearence?
and after how many hearings does Ex-Parte is eligible.?
