ex party decesion in 125 Crpc

Ex-party decesion got passed against me in 125 Crpc & amout raised 3 times in compare to sec 24 maintenance.I don't even got summons in this case.Well my advocate fifed for cancellation of order of ex- party on ground-- not receving summons. Could I get cancel this order & abale to contest the case on merit

file revision before  the session court with all the grounds that u r not received any summon from d lower court and also say that yr part is nessesury to here for fair justice.

file revision of dt ex-party order before  the session court with all the grounds that u r not received any summon from d lower court and also say that yr part is nessesury to here for fair justice then if revision allows then the order will remain stay.

wait  for decision  on your application to set aside ex-parte ,

As  Cr.p.c.section section 125  is quasi civil procedure as a natural justice your application should be allowed,.

You have not received summons from the Court.  You have a fair chance to get the order set aside.  Your application should be allowed.
