NO COURT CANNOT EXAMINE THE WINESS BEFORE FRAMING THE ISSUES.BUT THE PARTIES CAN BE ASKED TO PRODUCE THE DOCUMENTARY EVIDENCE IN ORIGINAL TO BE PRODUCED BEFORE IT BEFROE THE SETTELMENT OF ISSUES.

 DEAR SURESH,

There is no provision to frame issue in criminal procedure code. Issues are framed in civil suits  & not in  criminal complaints.

there is no provision for the  framing the issue in the criminal procedure and it is given in the civil procdure code and before  the isuuing frame court can not take evidence
