Excess salary and relieving letter

Hi All,

I was an employee and left the organisation after serving the notice period as per the hr manager confirmation on my last working day.

As per their email confirmation, I was expecting my FNF and relieving documents on or before 45 days, I was continuously following up with HR team on the same. After 75 days from my last working with the several follow up Hr sent a email to accept the payslip to generate therelieving letter. After gone through the payslip I understand the recovery amount must pay by me. When I ask for the clarity if you want the documents you should pay.

As per the calculation of numbers working day amount is less and recovery ammount mentioned high, when I ask for the clarity hr was trying to connect with the payroll team but team is repeating the same to pay back without proper clarity.

Currently I not working, kindly help me with your valuable advice.

You can resort to legal action by first serving a legal notice to them seeking clarifications and solve the issue amicably failing which you can escalate the matter through legal sources.
