1) Delhi High Court Appointed tribunal gives award( pettitioner Sr Citizen widow vs Private Ltd Builder Co. resides/ working in DELHI
2) Builder Co was directed to do sale deed and incur all expenses .Property is in Ghaziabad U.P.,Builder has not taken any steps since 150 days of Arbitration award .
3) Builder Co.Various property are in Ghaziabad and only have registered rented head office in Delhi.
My question
a) Which court has Execution power -Delhi or Ghaziabad(Allahabad -High Court).please provide any judgement so that we can file in delhi court.
What precaution we should take to avoid duplication and delays
