Expenditure details for the money given under maintenance

For the maintenance paid to wife under CrPc 125 or the maintenance towards a child from her husband, can husband ask for how the money is being spent?

Even without bill can the expenditure be demanded?

You will be first person on earth to ask it, and she will be first person on earth if she gives account of expenditure, you can ask under RTI by using postal order of Rs 50. :D:D:D
