False forgery fir lodged against us. forensic obtained, proven to be genuine.

If the case was not proved you should first of all issue a defamation notice and file FIR for that and you can file suit for damages too

Sir, 'WAIT' means I will have to spend further Time & Money and remain in Agony.

The Opposite party will move High Court after the Lower Court order. So, it means the one who files a FALSE/FABRICATED CASE is actually a winner in Legal battles.

There is NO LAW to counter a FALSE case that has been 'got up' simply by greasing the system. Simply file a FORGERY Case and have the person Arrested without a notice. Is that NOT strange?

Also, even if at some stage I do file FALSE Case charges the amount of time that I will invest to get JUSTICE remains to be seen.

Defamation case battle is so long-drawn and expensive that it becomes infructuous 

The punishments in the FALSE Case charges are also weaker. Arrest is unlikely I am told.

As a Layman, I FEEL that it is a major FLAW in the Judicial system.
