Falsely implicated in case of bribery

Dear all,

I am having a problem. One of my friend's father is falsely implicated in case of accepting bribery. He was caught red handed as there was a trap. Police has sent him in remand for 14 days. What needs to be done to take bail???

You need to apply for Bail in the relevant court with the help of a lawyer, suggestably referred...Ask you friend and his father to be optimistic.

Dear sir,

Thanks for the reply. I need to ask one more doubt. I have heard that maximum remand time is 60 days normally. Is it so that if for the full 60 days his father will be in police custody, he will not be suspended . Otherwise he will be suspended for sure.
