File police or magistrate complaint against forged document.

Hypothetical Question A gave loan to B,C and D via bank neft without loan agreement. However, later A send to B,C and D an email containing forged loan document attachment between them thanking them for signing it. Is there a Time limit for B, C and D to file police complaint or magistrate complaint against forgery by A?

Three years from the date of knowledge of fraud is the limitation for proceeding in case of civil remedy.

First you have to file declaration suit praying the court for setting aside such agreement obtained by fraud as the ultimate objective is the only recovery of money and not punishing the guilty.
