First you have to register the marriage in India as per the guidelines contained in the Foreign Marriage Act and then should apply for spouse visa providedthe marriage is not in contravention to local laws and subject to the other provisions contained in this Act, a marriage solemnized in the manner provided in this Act shall be good and valid in law. .
