Dear Experts,

If the Thumb Impression of the Developer manifest right Next to his own Genuine Signature on a Registered Deed of Correction to Rectify a minor Error in the Spelling of the Name of the Purchaser in Marathi on the Index II of a Sale Deed which, even though has been Spelled Correctly on the Sale Deed in English, had been accidentally Misspelled on the Index II in Marathi, is later Discovered to be Fraudulent,

Then who amongst

. The Developer who has Signed next to his own Fake Thumb Impression in the Deed of Correction,

. The Power of Attorney Holder of the Developer who has Signed the Deed of Correction in the Registry Office on Behalf of the Developer,

. The Witnesses who have Attested to the Deed of Correction in the Registry Office,

. The Purchaser in whose Favour the Deed of Correction has been Executed, Or

. The Impostor who has Impersonated the Thumb Impression in the Deed of Correction 

Shall be Considered to be Primarily Responsible for the Forgery, &

What is the Maximum Penalty which might be Imposed on the Person who is Guilty of the Fraud?

It depends upon the charges under which clause framed and the outcome of the trial.
