I and my family got trapped in false and dvc cases... I already won interim with very less maintainance of 1500 per month . In main DVC case my wife not attending court from past 3 hearings as this is the stage for cross examination after submitting affadavit . I need to travel to abroad for atleast 6months to 1 yr. I am out on regular bail with no such conditions not to go to abroad anything like that. Please treat this as very urgent and kindly give ur valuable feedback ....

You cannot do anything in case the complainant do not attend the hearing. Only your advocate can pressurise the judge to issue bailable warrants against the erring complainant for not attendng the proceedings.
This is the apathy of judiciary that they treat the accuseds as convicts and single absent would amount to issuance of non-bailable warrants but when the false complainant do not attend the proceedings the turn a blind eye.
Regarding the abroad travel, you can take permission from the court for such travel explaining factual situation and plead hat your advocate would be available for every date of hearing and you are also ready to be present in the hearing whenever required.
