The circumstances are as under.
- We are an indian company
- We will collect money from students for Course
- The course will be conducted by the foreign company in India
- We will bill them for our services & also will claim reimbursement of expenses incurred on their behalf as seperate bill.
Hence what is the type of agreement to be executed with the foreign Company.
Will it be MOU or Collaboration Agreement, also if possible wud like to have a format of the same.
