Dear Experts,
Need advice and options on how to proceed on a foul play found after signing an MOU during family partition. To my knowledge the MOU has not been registered. It has been around 7 months since the MOU has been signed.
Please advice.

You can challenge the same if you see some misrepresentatiion. But the foul play should have some illegality to it.
Or you may have a court intervention through a partition suit...
