Framing of issues

The Judge in the Civil Court has taken four months, since the last Interim Order was passed in my favour, but still has not framed issues in my case. Can I go up and speak to him, just to ask him when issues will be framed? He is a very polite and genteel person.

You can consult with your local lawyer,

you can not direct go to the judge, you need to obey Rule Of Conduct

If you're Plaintiff-in-person, you can urge the Presiding Officer extremely politely.

If you're represented by an Advocate or anybody, you have no say.    Only your Counsel has.
