Fraud by tikona

Dear Sir
I am writing this to bring your kind attention into a fraud going on by a company named tikona. Sir i took internet connection from this company 6 months ago but due to poor service i raised by request for disconnection the docket no. of which is 1-3560583992, but even after making numerous calls and pursuing they didnt disconnected it ( which they should had done under 7 days according to TRAI guidelines) they even charged me with 2300 bill which i paid even without using their service. i again made a request for disconnection the docket no. of which is 1-3902988715. when i checked the bill today it came to my utter surprise that they are showing usage in my account (which is impossible as i disconnected the modem a month ago) these usage is from some random ip addresses which do not belong to me.
Sir this company is using my internet account from random IP addresses and charging me for the same, i am afraid that they can also use my internet account for illegal activities.
Sir i am also attaching usage sheet in excel format downloaded from their website through my account in which these ip addresses are clearly shown.
Sir please look into the matter and do the needful so that general public will be aware of this fraud and these fraudsters can not do any illegal activity from my account.

You have read about TRAI guidelines.

 

It is good.

Demand refund of overcharged amounts.

Entrust the matter to an able counsel specialzing in consumer matters.

file a money suit to recover over payment you have made without using the connection. beside file an FIR for frauds committed by the company. you get your money back and they will be behind the bar.

 from which office u got this connection,do u have any proof for internet connection u got. do u have any flie copy for  written surrender of net connection .(u have made phone call for disconnection,do u have any voice recorder for this disconnection in ur mobile) i think u done all these through mobile conversation. do u know the terms of srvice,whether they can charge for only usage or is it a fixed amount for a month. clear all these.  if u r not having  above mentioned documents  ,do this .immediately  . write a surrender letter (with one copy)to the branch manager of company  put ur sign . go to office where u got and  surrender it (with all backages if necessary ) to that manager  and dont forget to get the manager's sign with date in your copy.( they will say  we are closing ur account through net  and this surrender letter is not necessary but u have to ask them to sign in ur copy) they will ask last mnth bill.  pay the bill and close it . if u r not doing this , they will make u to pay bill every month.  do ti without delay.

File a consumer case against Tikona.  In the same case, you can ask for refund of money, damages, legal expenses and misc expenses.  No need to file any civil case.  Consumer case is cheap and better results.  To my knowledge Criminal case will not apply.
