Dear Sir,
I am working in a company for past 1.8 years , prior to 3 months in june i was given a revised offer for one of the clients of the company.The new offer letter was extended by an HR in mail with the BH and sr BH in cc.I took the offer and joined this company in the month of july and the salary i recieved for the month of july stated some other amount not the one which was offered .Upon which i mailed the one under whose supervision i got this offer.I recieved no response even after repeated follow ups ,after 14 days i put down my paper.
Now they are saying that the offer which i was given is not a valid one so the CTC would remain the same which i am recieving and upon this on the release date they are saying that officiallly it is 3 months which they are trying to negotiate with the clients .But they have not yet provided any replacement to the clients and i have already completed 1 month in notice.
Please help me with this dilemma what am I supposed to do in this case.Kindly suggest .
