Am frm Mumbai , i got a shop a shop now in kerala , which i want to give it on rental ... when i consulted a senior lawyer he given some advices...
1. No need of registering the agreement if we can make it below 11 months
2. we can keep on renewing it
3. it should be 100 rs stamp paper
is it legal...i dont want to have nay issues with respect to any question mark on title or occupation issues in future....
can my seniors advise ont is?
