Apart from father and mother, who will be a natural guardian of a child as per the court of law ? The father and mother have divorced from their marriage relationship.

Divorce has no meaning and it is only a paper for a child.
Even if they are divorced, it has on legal impact for Child.
Chils still belongs to parents as long as they are live.
IT IS THE RIGHT OF THE CHILD TO BE WITH ITS PARENTS AS LONG AS IT CAN TAKE A DECISON ON ITS OWN.
Do not depreive the child of this right to be with its parents unless both of the parents have become criminals and not taking care of the child well.
