Gift deed validity & appeal against same

Hello

I have two questions related to gift deed

Person A has property and unmarried, person A has brothers & sisters who are married. However person A has no good relationship and talking terms with his family members for more than 20 years and it is known fact to all of them in village.

Person A liked other Person B and they both are in good relation for more than 20 years and this is also known to all of them in village.

Now person A has given all his property to person B in form of gift deed. everyone came to know about this.

Person A and person B , both are alive and in very good terms.

Even now person A has issues with his borthers & sisters.

1) Is this gift deed valid?

2) Is it valid that person A brothers & sisters can challenge gift deed which is executed to person B?

3) even after executing gift deed, does siblings of person A has any right on this gift deed executed property?

4) what is time period or limitation to appeal against this gift deed by person A borthers & sisters?

1) Is this gift deed valid? This gift deed is valid, if it was A's self acquired property and gift deed is duly registered.

2) Is it valid that person A brothers & sisters can challenge gift deed which is executed to person B?

Not if it was self acquired and registerd.

3) even after executing gift deed, does siblings of person A has any right on this gift deed executed property?

4) what is time period or limitation to appeal against this gift deed by person A borthers & sisters?

12 years but only if they have a right.

THankyou Bharat for promt reply.

  • The property of A is combination of self acquired and ansectorial after property division from in the family.

He had gift deeded his share after the division of property in family.

What needs to be done to make this gift deed unquestionable and avoid any litigations?
