Hi,
I am based in bangalore. I would like to gift my vacant site(30X40) to my 2 younger brothers who would like to divide it into two 30X20 sites and they want to construct 2 independednt houses.
Do i need to divide the site and gift them with two different deeds? Please advice how this can be achieved?

You can also execute the rights relinquish deed in favour of 2 brothers mentioning the boundaries.
