I am going to strongly press for daily basis HMA Divorce case Hearing to the judge.
What hurdle I may face and from whom?
At least judge won't say No to me, I assume
The law clarifies that day-to-day hearing shud be done in each and every case and that too expeditiously.
That means that both the parties have obligation to be present for the hearing.
Wife CAN NOT give excuse that her lawyer is absent. That is not Judges or my problem!!!
All lawyers...........Your feedback on this....... Please.
