Can any one suggest me regarding this:
I m going to buy a builder floor in Vaishali, Ghaziabad 2nd Floor with roof rights. Builder is saying for General POA for roof right. Is it ok or not, i m planning for construction on roof in future once 3rd floor construction is permitted by GDA. what should i do. I want secure roof rights.
Whats is the validity of roof rights on GPA. Plz help me out. Its urgent.
