Can a GPA holder enter in to a compromise taking his whole Family members along with him with a litigant and the granter of GPA[ IN GPA THIS CLASS (of compromise) IS NOT INCLUDED].

The GPA holder cannot perform any act which has not been specified in the power deed on his own, it will be illegal and invalid.

Thankyou for your clear explanation🙂. I am one person effected with this act of GPA holder. 

When i approched the HC for cancellation of this Compromise deed done in HC( in the year 1999), court refused to listen and denied my right, saying GPA granter is not questioned this during his life time ( he died in the year 2010)and as l legar heir i cannot question this now☹️. 

I request you to kindly show me a way to over come this hurdle.
