g 1991 site was brought by giving money by person M from person Z ( owner) .Site (land) had GPA by person Z in 1992 for person A without telling person M . Later on GPA was given to another person B ( wife of person M) by person Z,during 1996 through registration for same site. During 2006 normal registration was done by person B in B's son name at registration office for the same site. Now does 1992 GPA is valid or invalid ( if 1992 GPA is not registered or registered, tell me for both cases). What about 1996 GPA and 2006 registration at registration office, r they valid.
