B = GPA holder
C = GPA holder
D = myself (sale deed owner)

D = myself land owner of the property got the property registered as sale deed from GPA holder 'C' who got GPA from "B".
"B" got GPA from "A" who is the original land owner.
we are in uninterrupted possession of the property for past 13 years. i have transferred (A) katha certificate and katha extract in my name.
paid betterment charges
paid property tax up to date
built the house 2 floors with BBMP sanctioned plan
transferred KEB in my name
transferred BWSSB in my name
Now im unable to get loan or sell the house. Please suggest a solution.
